By accessing or using any website, API, or software platform operated by BhartX Ecosystems Pvt Ltd (CIN: U62011UP2026PTC250742), including DigiSeva, DearDr, BhartX Academy, and UPI Gateway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of India.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not use BhartX infrastructure for fraudulent transactions, unauthorized automated scraping, distribution of malicious payloads, or impersonation of government officials or citizens.
3. Intellectual Property & Open Source
All proprietary software, logos, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of BhartX Ecosystems Pvt Ltd. Open-source components integrated into developer SDKs remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT/Apache 2.0).
4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
BhartX platforms are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BhartX Ecosystems Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect damages, network outages caused by upstream telecom infrastructure, or unauthorized third-party credential compromise.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or arbitrations arising from platform usage shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
6. Termination & Service Modifications
BhartX reserves the right to suspend or terminate API keys or user accounts that violate security protocols or engage in unauthorized system misuse, with or without prior notice.
